Charity Partnership

The Garden House Nursery supports a charity very close to their heart – The Children’s Hospital Charity. The charity changes children’s lives every day by pioneering ground-breaking medical treatment in a comfortable & engaging environment at Sheffield Children’s Hospital. All the money raised helps create a healthier future for children & young people, funding projects that are over & above the standard NHS provision.
Throughout the year, the nursery organises many fund-raising events such as summer fairs and football matches to support the charity. Like they did in 2022, the nursery is taking part in the 2023 snowflake appeal. We ask families to sponsor a snowflake for however much they can to raise awareness of the charity and the amazing work they carry out.
The nursery will be hosting their annual Christmas market on Friday 8th December. They will be creating Christmas decorations, doing some festive baking with the children for the day and serving hot chocolate to sell for donations. Please visit our Just Giving page to find out more.
